Drip Irrigation Interval Calculator
Drip Irrigation Interval Formula
Drip Irrigation Interval:
\[ Ii = \frac{Id \cdot TR \cdot EU}{100 \cdot T} \]
Where:
- \(Ii\) is the irrigation interval in days.
- \(Id\) is the gross depth of irrigation in millimeters (mm).
- \(TR\) is the ratio of transpiration to application, typically 0.9.
- \(EU\) is the emission uniformity in percentage (%).
- \(T\) is calculated as \(ET \cdot \min \left( \frac{PS}{85} \right)\).
- \(ET\) is the conventionally accepted consumptive use rate of the crop in millimeters per day (mm/day).
- \(PS\) is the area of the crop as a percentage of the total area (%).
